If you're like me and you really care about the product that you put into your hair then you need this! First thing I noticed is that both the Black Mist and the Craft Clay smell AMAZING. From there I could tell this is a quality product - I applied the Black Mist and then supplemented it with the Craft Clay. This gave my hair style a strong and flexible hold. The clay goes a long way and its great that a small amount can style your hair, while providing a hold all day. In summary, this is a quality product that will give you a great hold while being flexible and has the added benefit of making your hair smell great! This is now my go to hair product.

The clay is a satisfying thickness but quickly warms up in your hands before applying to hair. It’s not shiny and the hold is strong, lasts all day without making the hair look solid or fixed. It smells great and doesn’t dry out in the pot. Like all hair stuff you don’t need much, so go carefully as if you apply too much you end up with a goopy mess (just wash it out and start again). My pot lasts about 4/5 months. Both this and the putty work really well with Dark Matter. The DM somehow just enhances the end style and gives it more life and hold in a way I’ve not found with anything else.
